Qualifications

• Strong experience in developing customer propositions and shaping growth strategy within financial services or a regulated environment.
• Strategic and customer-led mindset, turning insight into a clear proposition vision and priorities.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with evidence-based recommendations or business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evolution of the customer proposition grounded in customer needs and market insight.
• Define growth strategy and identify sustainable expansion across priority segments, markets and channels.
• Use market, competitor and commercial insight to identify opportunities and set investment priorities.
• Translate proposition strategy into a clear roadmap, priorities and actionable recommendations.
• Build business cases balancing customer value, commercial potential, feasibility and regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate across Proposition, Distribution, Marketing, Digital, Operations and other teams to align ambitions and deliver.
• Influence senior stakeholders and create alignment around the proposition vision and growth priorities.
• Track proposition performance and respond to external developments to manage risks.
