Job summary

Standard Life in London is seeking a senior Pension Risk Transfer leader to own end-to-end client relationships and to shape the customer proposition strategy, interfacing with trustees, consultants and internal client servicing teams.

You will lead pre- and post-sale activity, translate client needs into servicing solutions, and ensure our propositions differentiate us through great client care and delivery.

Qualifications

• Commercially driven Pension Risk Transfer leader with proven track record in building client servicing relationships.
• Strong analytical capability and understanding of customer proposition.
• Experience coordinating client servicing and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers are at the heart of all activities from prospecting to buyout.
• Own pre- and post-sale servicing including pitching the proposition and managing ongoing client activity with EBC buyout teams.
• Translate client needs into servicing solutions in collaboration with Client Services to ensure alignment and feasibility.
• Determine market-leading client experience through feedback, market insights and competitor benchmarking.
• Represent the customer proposition in pitches, conferences and thought leadership, building relationships with trustees and consultants.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across deal parameters and propositions.
