Job summary

M&G Life invites an Investment Proposition Manager to join our Edinburgh or Stirling hybrid team. You will own and develop our retail investment propositions, including PruFund and OEIC ranges, ensuring strong customer outcomes while aligning with growth and regulatory requirements.

You’ll partner with marketing, distribution, and external providers. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure clear governance communications while delivering propositions

Qualifications

Knowledge of life and pension funds within product structures and investment propositions.
Experience with with-profits/smoothed funds and unitised collectives.
Ability to lead cross-functional groups for new fund developments.
Understanding of financial services regulation and market dynamics.
Strong stakeholder management across senior teams.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop retail investment propositions to deliver outcomes and meet objectives.
Design investment solutions and communicate guidance to colleagues and governance committees.
Collaborate on go-to-market strategies for new fund developments with marketing and sales.
Work with partners to deliver change and align distribution content with strategy.
Ensure regulatory controls, risk appetite, and applicable frameworks are met.
Support senior committees with outcomes reporting and decision documentation.
