Job summary

Ellis James Partners Ltd on the UK South Coast is seeking a Client Proposition Manager to shape a new growth phase. This hybrid role focuses on defining the client proposition, enhancing Salesforce use, and creating sector-focused client experiences.

Client Proposition Manager

South Coast (Hybrid) | £60,000-£80,000+

Most wealth management firms focus on growth. Few create a role dedicated to defining the client experience.

We're supporting a leading St. James's Place practice in the appointment of a newly created Client Proposition Manager to help shape the next stage of its growth.

This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for designing the client proposition, enhancing the use of Salesforce, developing sector-focused propositions, and helping create a client experience that differentiates the business in a competitive market.

This is an opportunity to build rather than inherit.

The Role

You’ll work closely with the directors and adviser team to:

• Design and implement the client proposition
• Develop client segmentation and service models
• Lead Salesforce strategy and utilisation
• Create propositions for target client sectors
• Improve the end-to-end client journey
