Standard Life is recruiting a Senior Proposition Manager to lead the development of the customer proposition and define growth strategy. You’ll work across Customer Proposition and the wider business, using customer, market, and commercial insights to identify opportunities and translate strategy into deliverable priorities.

You will influence senior stakeholders and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver better customer outcomes and drive Standard Life’s growth ambitions.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing customer propositions and shaping growth strategy within financial services or regulated environments.
• Strategic and customer-led mindset with the ability to turn insight into clear priorities.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills for evidence-based recommendations.
