St. James's Place is seeking a newly created Client Proposition Manager to shape the next growth phase. You will design the client proposition, lead Salesforce strategy, and develop sector-focused propositions to differentiate the client experience in a competitive market.

You will work closely with directors and adviser teams to build and implement segmentation, service models and end-to-end client journeys that support long-term growth.
