• Experience in proposal, content management, or bid management.
• Financial services industry experience preferred.
• Strong project management including change management, prioritization, organization and deadlines.
• Proven stakeholder management skills across functional teams.
• Excellent written communication, ability to translate complex information into clear content.
• High attention to detail with focus on quality and risk.
• Commitment to innovation and continuous improvement of team practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Copilot.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance efficiency and content quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and other proposal responses, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Analyze client requirements and develop tailored, accurate, compelling written responses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Relationship Management, Operations, and SMEs to support proposals.
• Manage multiple priorities with effective planning and time management.
• Review content for accuracy, consistency, compliance, and detail.
• Maintain and enhance proposal content libraries and knowledge resources.
• Engage stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, ensure alignment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
• Support adoption of emerging technologies including AI-enabled tools.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to team members.
