Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Database and Content Specialist for NTAM's global RFP function. You will manage data and content across geographies, liaising with Client Relationship Managers, Sales Specialists, and SMEs to ensure timely, accurate RFP responses.

The role requires experience with platforms such as eVestment, Qvidian, and other databases; is globally distributed, with a focus on consistency and quality; strong attention to detail and collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Finance or economics degree required.
• 1-3 years in financial services; asset management preferred.
• Experience with RFP and consultant databases (Evestment, Omni Complete, Qvidian) is valuable.
• Strong knowledge of equity and fixed income concepts and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and coordinate information for regular consultant database updates using Evestment and Omni Complete.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy of responses.
• Maintain the RFP database (Qvidian) and ensure content consistency across submissions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to keep firm- and product-level data current across platforms.
