Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) invites applications for a Customer Accounts Advisor role in Beeston. The position is a fixed term contract (12 months), full-time and hybrid, with core opening hours 08:00–18:00 and 37.5 hours per week.

After training, you will follow a two-day in-office and three-day home-working pattern to support customers in keeping their homes. You will deliver high-quality service by phone and digital channels, manage customer accounts, liaise with Housing

Competenze

• Experience in collections or debt recovery, especially in housing.
• Strong knowledge of Universal Credit (UC) and Housing Benefit (HB).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to make fair, proportionate decisions.

Mansioni

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and digital channels.
• Manage and monitor customer accounts effectively.
• Liaise with Housing Benefits, DWP, and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate payment plans and offer welfare benefits advice.
