eNL is recruiting a Litigation Lawyer with 5+ years’ PQE to join in Hampshire. The role involves handling a varied caseload centered on property litigation and contentious probate, including disputes over wills, estate administration and contested estates.

You will advise on related disputes, draft pleadings, attend hearings, and meet clients in a supportive team. The successful candidate will have strong technical ability, sound judgment and clear client communication, with a hybrid remote

Formación

• Solicitor or Litigation Fee Earner with 5+ years' PQE in contentious probate and property disputes.
• Strong understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and litigation procedures.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and provide client-focused advice.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a varied caseload of contentious matters with focus on property litigation and contentious probate.
• Advise on property-related disputes, professional negligence and contractual claims.
• Draft pleadings and court documents, attend hearings and client meetings.
• Negotiate settlements to achieve effective outcomes and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues and develop expertise across a challenging caseload.
