Job summary

eNL is seeking a Private Client Lawyer with 5+ PQE to join a well-established Hampshire firm. You will manage wills, probate, trusts and estate administration, delivering clear, practical advice to high-net-worth individuals and business clients.

The role offers hybrid working and a path to specialist growth within a supportive team. You will draft wills and related documents to a high standard, liaise with banks, HMRC and financial advisers, and contribute to departmental development through

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in private client law.
• Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts and estate administration.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts and estate administration.
• Draft wills and related documents to a high standard and provide clear, practical legal advice on estate planning.
• Liaise with HMRC, banks and financial advisers; maintain accurate records and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to growth of the department through process improvements and marketing initiatives.
