eNL Legal Recruitment is seeking a Litigation Lawyer with 5+ PQE to join our Hampshire team on a full‑time basis. You will handle a varied caseload focused on property litigation and contentious probate, advising on disputes, drafting court documents, and representing clients at hearings.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules, excellent communication skills, and a client‑focused approach.

• 5+ years of PQE in litigation, with a focus on property disputes and contentious probate.
• Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and litigation procedures.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a varied caseload of contentious matters, focusing on property litigation and contentious probate.
• Advise on property-related disputes, professional negligence and contractual claims.
• Draft pleadings and court documents, attend hearings and client meetings, and negotiate settlements.
• Provide clear, commercially minded advice and build lasting client relationships.
