Job summary

eNL Legal in Hampshire is seeking a Litigation Lawyer with 5+ PQE to manage a varied caseload in contentious probate and property disputes. The role emphasises client care, commercial awareness, and strong advocacy across hearings and settlements.

You will draw on your knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules, draft pleadings, and work with colleagues to resolve complex disputes while pursuing professional growth in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Solicitor or Litigation Fee Earner with at least 5 years’ PQE.
• Proven experience in contentious probate is essential.
• Strong expertise in property litigation is highly desirable.
• Exposure to professional negligence and contractual disputes would be an added advantage.
• Excellent technical skills and client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of contentious matters, focusing on property litigation and contentious probate.
• Draft pleadings and court documents, attend hearings and client meetings, and negotiate settlements.
• Provide clear, commercially minded advice and build long-lasting client relationships.
• Work collaboratively to resolve disputes while expanding your litigation expertise.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and litigation procedures.
