Motus Recruitment is seeking a Property Litigation Associate on a hybrid basis for the Surrey/Hampshire border. You will handle various property disputes, advisedly representing clients in commercial and residential matters with a focus on client care.

The role requires a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years PQE in property litigation, strong negotiation and organisational skills, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
• 2+ years PQE in property litigation.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant law and property legislation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Client-focused and empathetic.

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients in property disputes (commercial and residential).
• Manage a diverse caseload independently.
• Draft pleadings and other legal documents.
• Handle mediations, arbitrations, and court advocacy if required.
• Stay updated on property law and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support diversity and inclusion.
