• Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 5 years’ litigation experience in Contentious Probate.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and empathy when advising clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex Contentious Probate disputes from instruction to resolution.
• Draft pleadings and court documentation and prepare matters for hearings, conferences and mediations.
• Provide clear, practical advice on sensitive private client litigation matters and conduct legal research.
