Job summary

CapitaLand Investment (CLI) is seeking an experienced property manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of our sites in the UK. You will lead a team of site staff, supervise maintenance, and coordinate with other departments to support strategic plans.

The role emphasizes budget planning, cost control, and ensuring contractors meet contract requirements while driving a proactive safety and service culture across properties.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent.
• Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certification preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in a related field.
• Strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and operations of properties.
• Lead and supervise a team of site staff for property management and maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business needs and plans.
• Review and develop strategies for optimal property management.
• Carry out budget planning, monitoring, and cost control.
• Identify manpower resources to meet business needs.
• Drive company culture and site initiatives.
• Ensure contractors/vendors complete work per contract requirements.
