Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a capable Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of freehold and leasehold properties in the UK. You will manage compliance with RICS and ARMA rules, respond to tenant enquiries, and coordinate major works from planning to execution.

Operations include budgeting, routine inspections, and ensuring health and safety compliance across all sites, with a focus on delivering reliable service to Directors and residents alike.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
• Experience in leasehold management and service charges.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety and property compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and serving S20 notices for major works.
• Manage portfolio in accordance with RICS Codes of Practice, ARMA rules and landlord and tenant legislation.
• Provide full professional property management services for freehold/leasehold developments and individual properties.
• Respond to pre-assignment enquiries and tenant/lessee communications.
• Prepare and draft minutes of Board meetings for Directors.
• Arrange meetings/inspections and ensure contracts/annual inspections are in place.
