Responsibilities

• Provide best value to occupiers and assist with service charge budgets and quotations.
• Manage service provider contracts and coordinate maintenance with Property Manager and Technical Services.
• Support Health and Safety compliance and administration per current legislation.
• Develop professional relationships with occupiers and maintain open communication on all matters.
