Job summary

Scanlans Property Management in Leeds is seeking a Senior Property Manager to own a mixed RMC‑led portfolio, including high‑rise buildings, balancing governance, budgeting and hands‑on site leadership.

You will lead on safety, compliance and service delivery, partner with resident directors and contractors, and drive proactive management across HRBs, reporting clearly to boards and residents.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mixed RMC portfolios with resident directors and contractors.
• Strong governance, budgeting and service charge management capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive building safety compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate priorities across the portfolio and plan works.
• Lead budgeting and service charge management.
• Ensure HRB building safety duties are met and overseen.
• Schedule and oversee planned maintenance including Section 20 processes.
• Meet with RMC directors and residents with clear, proactive communications.
• Manage contractors and suppliers to ensure quality delivery.
