You will build trusted relationships with clients, leaseholders and residents, manage budgets and compliance, and lead contractor work to keep schemes safe, compliant and well-maintained.

You will build trusted relationships, keep your sites safe and compliant, and make smart, proactive decisions that protect service charge funds and enhance the places people live. This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, accountability and the satisfaction of seeing well-run buildings and happy communities.
Most days you will be coordinating maintenance and compliance, managing budgets and service charges, and communicating clearly with clients, freeholders, leaseholders and contractors. You will balance home-based planning and reporting with regular site visits across Leeds to spot issues early, progress actions and keep projects moving.
