Trinity Estates in Leeds/West Yorkshire is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a varied residential portfolio, with a focus on well-run low- to mid-rise developments and several RMCs. You will be the trusted point of contact for leaseholders, directors and contractors, balancing outstanding customer service with compliant property management.

You will plan AGMs, prepare board packs and work with directors on budgets, long-term maintenance and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential blocks or estates.
• Experience running AGMs and working with RMC directors.
• Contractor coordination with health and safety compliance.
• Budget management and service charge oversight.

Responsibilities

• Visit developments for inspections and reviews.
• Plan and deliver maintenance and manage contractors.
• Prepare budgets and monitor spend with updates.
• Organise AGMs/board meetings and issue packs.
• Respond to resident and director inquiries with clear updates.
