Job summary

Scanlans Property Management is seeking a Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a balanced residential block portfolio in Manchester. You’ll provide confident leadership, ensuring buildings are safe, compliant and well-run while delivering a personable service to clients, leaseholders and residents.

Working with an experienced team, you’ll blend day-to-day management with forward planning, budget control and risk management, using your judgement and communication skills to drive

Qualifications

• Experience managing a mixed residential block portfolio.
• Strong budgeting, reporting and service charge knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder communication with clients, leaseholders and residents.
• Knowledge of health and safety and compliance requirements.
• Experience coordinating contractors and surveys.
• Proficient in property management systems and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a balanced residential block portfolio.
