Lloyds Living in the UK is seeking a Property Manager to own the resident experience, ensure homes are safe, well-maintained and compliant, and deliver effortless service.

You'll work with Lettings, Sales and regional teams to smooth handovers, resolve issues quickly, and drive a consistently excellent service while benefiting from a hybrid work pattern and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' residential property management experience.
• UK compliance knowledge including H&S and tenancy legislation.
• Experience managing repairs, contractors and tenancy issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end resident experience and property maintenance.
• Coordinate repairs, contractor sourcing, quotes and works orders.
• Manage end-of-tenancy turnovers and deposit handling.
• Maintain property compliance and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with letting, sales and regional teams for seamless service.
