Job summary

Lloyds Living is seeking a Property Manager to own the end-to-end resident experience, ensuring safe, well-maintained homes and compliant operations. You will collaborate with Lloyds Living teams to deliver smooth handovers, quick issue resolution and consistently excellent service.

Role requires 5+ years in residential property management, knowledge of UK compliance, and proven ability to manage repairs, contractors and complex tenancy matters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' residential property management experience, ideally PRS or new-build.
• Membership of ARLA/Propertymark or The Property Institute (TPI).
• Strong knowledge of UK compliance including H&S, Housing Act and Renters Right Bill.
• Confident managing repairs, contractors and complex tenancy issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage all in-tenancy activities including resident management, repairs, maintenance and escalations.
• Organise contractors, obtain quotations, issue works orders and invoices.
• Ensure property compliance (EICR, gas safety, EPC).
• Maintain operational reporting and MI; highlight risks and actions.
• Manage resident rental accounts and arrears; process section notices when needed.
• Coordinate onboarding of new suppliers and evaluate inspection reports.
