Job summary

JLL is seeking a senior surveyor qualified in RICS to lead property management for a commercial portfolio in London. You will manage client relationships, budgets, compliance, and operational excellence as the primary liaison for stakeholders.

Role requires strong financial acumen, experience with Yardi Voyager or similar platforms, and the ability to drive results across multiple properties with a focus on service quality and risk management.

Qualifications

• RICS qualified (AssocRICS or MRICS)
• Advanced service charge management expertise
• Proven client relationship management with senior stakeholders
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or MRI/Qube
• Strong financial acumen and reporting
• Excellent communication to senior audiences
• Valid UK driving license

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for property-related matters and manage client relationships
• Oversee budgets and service charges across the portfolio and ensure accuracy
• Lead health and safety and risk management in collaboration with clients and contractors
• Coordinate with facilities on procurement and supplier contracts
• Maintain data integrity and documentation in property management systems
• Manage lease administration and contract compliance
