Job summary

JLL is seeking a senior property manager for an on-site Croydon role. You will manage financials, ESG initiatives, and data systems while coordinating with the site operations team and clients.

The position requires a proven track record in retail property management and leadership responsibilities. You will oversee budgets, service charges, supplier performance, and lease activities, ensuring high standards of presentation and compliance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven history in property management, ideally within retail environment with broad sector experience and at least 10 years PQE.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property legislation and best practices.
• Leadership and ability to manage client relationships and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management including service charges, invoicing and budgeting.
• Lead ESG initiatives and ensure health, safety and compliance across sites.
• Maintain data accuracy in internal systems and client KPI reporting.
• Manage transitions, leasing activity and related due diligence.
• Prepare client reports and attend meetings, taking minutes and delivering insights.
• Lead on risk management, vendor performance, inspections and project delivery.
