We are looking for a new Senior Property Manager to join our energetic, dynamic and friendly team. As a senior team member, you will support the team of property managers, each responsible for their own portfolio of properties. Your role is to provide guidance and support. You will foster a collaborative team environment, drive performance, and ensure that both landlords and tenants receive exceptional service.

You are:

  • Experienced in property management
  • Approachable, friendly and focused on providing excellent customer service
  • Proactive and organised
  • Efficient and capable of managing a varied workload
  • In possession of a UK driving licence

You’ll be:

  • Providing guidance and support to team members, ensuring efficient management of their portfolios
  • Keeping accurate property records
  • Ensuring our properties and landlords are compliant with legislation
  • Coordinating repairs and property improvements
  • Managing property compliance certificates
  • Liaising with third party companies
  • Conducting inspections and property visits
  • Overseeing and preparing properties for the tenancy changeover
  • Dealing with enquiries from landlords and tenants
  • Building lasting relationships and attending client meetings

Flexible hours and working arrangements considered – let us know what you’re looking for!

Standard hours:
Mon-Fri 9am – 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 10:00am – 4:00pm
