About the Role

An award-winning estate agency with over 18 years of experience is looking for a Property Manager to join their successful team. You will manage a portfolio of around 350 properties within a team of 3. The office is based in and around Crouch End, in a newly refurbished space, and they prefer a local candidate with good knowledge of the area.

Candidate Profile

• Currently working as a Senior Property Manager and enjoys managing a busy portfolio
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Experience managing a team of Property Managers
• Strong IT skills, including intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Motivated, positive, with a proactive attitude
• Local resident with a valid UK driver's license and own vehicle

Responsibilities

1. Booking contractors for property repairs
2. Processing insurance claims
3. Conducting property inspections and creating reports for landlords
4. Ensuring properties comply with current legislation
5. Processing invoices and managing fees and finances
6. Providing excellent customer service
