A leading, highly successful, multi-office Estate and Letting Agents currently requires an experienced Senior Property Manager.

Property Manager Overview:

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential lettings properties, delivering a fast, effective, and professional service to Landlords.

You need to be conscientious, hard-working, and driven to produce results. You will also serve as the point of contact for the Head of Property Management and oversee other local Property Managers daily.

The successful candidate will be a strong team player, highly organized, with excellent communication skills and the initiative to problem-solve. Previous experience managing a property portfolio is essential.

Senior Property Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a property portfolio of private residential tenancies throughout the area
• Overseeing a team of Property Managers
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers, and professional advisors
• Liaising with lettings negotiators across the network
• Arranging and monitoring works and repairs
• Carrying out property inspections and reporting to landlords
• Mediating between landlords and tenants on issues or disputes
• Handling complaint escalations
• Serving as the point of contact for the Head of Property Management
