Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Estate Manager to coordinate resources and manage a diverse portfolio of residential estates. This role involves financial management, maintenance coordination, and client communication, ensuring excellent service to our customers.

What You’ll Do:

1. Milestone Management: Ensure cyclical tasks and reactive works are completed on time and meet Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
2. Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage annual budgets, generate purchase orders, and monitor income and expenditure to maintain financial health.
3. Maintenance Management: Implement and oversee planned maintenance schedules, conduct site inspections, and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
4. Customer Service: Maintain strong client relationships, lead meetings, and handle resident inquiries and complaints professionally.

What You’ll Bring:

1. A degree or equivalent qualification, with TPI Part 1 certification essential.
2. 5+ years of relevant management experience, preferably in estate or property management.
3. Strong financial skills, including budget management and cost control.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on customer satisfaction.
