A Property Management specialist to join the Welcome Office team responsible for delivering an enhanced property management service to occupiers on a portfolio of premium multi-let London offices.
The role involves regular and direct communication with institutional fund management clients and supervising property managers, graduates, and on-site staff.
You will collaborate with the Property Accounts team to ensure accurate financial reporting. For more information on the Welcome Team, please click Welcome Team.
Building and maintaining close professional relationships with clients, occupiers, and colleagues is essential. Proactiveness and exceeding expectations are expected.
You will prepare detailed client reports on the property management service, both monthly and as needed. Working closely with tenants and clients, you will ensure correct administration and recording of rental income and occupier indebtedness, oversee service charge expenditure, and ensure lease compliance.
You may provide professional advice on value enhancement, rent reviews, lettings, and lease renewals. Upselling specialist services and integrating knowledge from environmental, building surveying, and placemaking initiatives will enhance client service.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility with clients are crucial.
Experience managing prestigious central London assets is advantageous.
MRICS qualification is preferred. As a Senior Property Management Surveyor, you will support the development of graduates and apprentices working towards their professional qualifications.
