Senior Surveyor (Building)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 +10% performance bonus, + regional allowance
Working location: Nationwide, Homebased

Job summary:
As a Senior Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing risk across NHBC’s warranty products and building control services. You will ensure projects meet all customer, statutory, and technical requirements. The role requires you to be a Registered Building Inspector, Class 2F/3.
This senior-level position demands technical excellence, proactive risk management, and strong collaboration to deliver safe, high-quality developments.
You’ll assess high-risk applications, supervise and support less experienced inspectors, and advise on critical technical elements throughout the construction lifecycle. Working closely with developers, builders, and their professional teams from design to completion, you will ensure proposals comply with NHBC Standards, Building Regulations, and national requirements.
