Trinity Estates is seeking a Senior Property Insurance Coordinator to own the insurance operations, manage renewals, handle claims and maintain compliant coverage. The role requires strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness and proactive process improvement.

You will liaise with brokers, underwriters and internal teams to balance coverage, cost control and regulatory compliance while driving improvements across the function.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance management, claims handling and working with brokers/underwriters.
• Strong knowledge of property insurance products, policy structures and claims processes.
• Experience negotiating renewals with brokers and insurers and reviewing complex documentation.
• Proven ability to maintain compliant, well-controlled insurance function.

Responsibilities

• Manage the organisation's insurance portfolio, including renewals, policy reviews and documentation.
• Oversee claims handling from notification through to settlement.
• Liaise with brokers, underwriters, claims handlers and legal advisers.
• Review policies and endorsements to identify coverage gaps or risks.
• Support contract reviews by assessing insurance clauses and compliance requirements.
• Prepare reports for senior management on insurance performance and renewal outcomes.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, procurement and operations to strengthen risk management.
