Homeprotect is a UK home insurance specialist focused on protecting customers’ homes with smart tech and human expertise. We want experienced claims professionals to own the customer journey on high value property claims, coordinating with loss adjusters and suppliers to deliver fair outcomes and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience handling property claims over £100,000 from notification to settlement.
• Experience managing all elements of a complex claim with strong stakeholder management.
• Experience handling complaints and knowledge of property claims best practices.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a caseload of high value and complex property claims from start to finish.
• Make decisions on liability, coverage and quantum, escalating when needed.
• Coordinate with loss adjusters, contractors, surveyors and other partners to achieve good outcomes.
• Deliver excellent service with clarity, empathy and professionalism.
• Identify high value or complex claims and route to Technical Claims timely.
