Job summary

Avencia Talent Solutions Limited in Leeds is seeking a Claims Handler to join a Prompt Resolution Team. You will manage a varied caseload from first notification through to resolution, taking ownership of customer outcomes and delivering excellent service.

This role is not a call centre; you will build relationships with brokers, customers and third parties while handling property, liability and injury matters with opportunities to progress within claims.

What you'll be doing
