Carter Jonas is seeking an experienced Management Surveyor to join our Commercial Property and Asset Management team in Cambridge. The post holder will manage Carter Jonas’ office portfolio and client work while supporting the firm’s growth in the market.

Qualificações

• Management surveying or facilities management background with post-qualification experience (RICS, IWFM or equivalent).
• Strong client management and communication skills with ability to drive initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Drive asset management opportunities to enhance property performance and value.
• Conduct property inspections and produce timely reports.
• Coordinate planned maintenance works and review budgets.
• Oversee rent and opex payments and service charge reconciliations.
• Assist with lease negotiations and client reporting.
• Build strong relationships with clients and contractors and coach junior team members.
