Job summary

Woodhouse Property Recruitment is partnering with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy to appoint a Commercial Property Manager for its Northern Property Asset Management Team in the Leeds area. The role focuses on day-to-day management of a diverse commercial portfolio spanning office, retail and F&B assets.

You will engage in proactive portfolio management, client reporting, lease events and value-add initiatives, while coordinating with internal teams and external advisers to support

Qualifications

• Proven estate and property management experience required.
• Experience across office, retail, and F&B assets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactive management of a mixed-use commercial portfolio
• Identify and implement value-add initiatives
• Service charge budgeting, forecasting and management
• Lease events, rent reviews and arrears recovery
• Landlord & tenant matters, including tenant applications and fit-outs
• Regular property inspections
• Management of repairs, maintenance and refurbishment projects
• Client reporting and relationship management
• Instruct and oversee internal departments, consultants and 3rd party advisers
• Support wider asset management strategies and cross-selling opportunities
