Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Property Manager in London to lead PAM activities, ensuring financial governance and top-tier client service across a London portfolio. The role requires a minimum of 5 years PQE in commercial property management with strong stakeholder engagement and PM system proficiency.

The PM will manage leases, budgets, ESG initiatives, and reporting, working on-site to deliver client value.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in property management with at least 5 years PQE.
• Strategic thinking and commercial acumen with client-facing experience.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities.
• Advanced IT skills, particularly in property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management including service charge accuracy, budgets and reporting.
• ESG leadership and alignment with client strategies.
• Data and systems management to ensure data accuracy and KPI reporting.
• Supplier and facilities management, including performance oversight.
• Inspections and maintaining property standards across sites.
• Transactions support and client reporting, including meeting notes.
• Lease and legal management including coordination with solicitors.
• Occupier engagement to maintain high tenant satisfaction.
• Business development and cross-selling opportunities.
