Job summary

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or membership is preferred.
• 5+ years in property management or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for Asset Manager on assets.
• Manage occupier applications for consent to alter demised property, wayleaves, underlets or assignments.
• Ensure tenant compliance with lease covenants and manage breaches to conclusion.
• Prepare and manage service charge budgets and reconciliations per RICS guidelines.
• Work with ESG and FM teams on ESG initiatives and align client strategy.
• Oversee inspections and minor/major works coordination with third parties.
• Support client reporting and attend client meetings to discuss KPIs and performance.
