Job summary

JLL in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in enhancing the quality and value of Amazon buildings. You will deliver an innovative, efficient property management service across hard and soft services, developing strong relationships with landlords, tenants and neighbours.

The role requires a degree or equivalent, experience in a similar role, familiarity with the RICS code of practice for service charges, and an IOSH certification.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or proven equivalent in property management.
• Experience in a similar role in commercial property management.
• Conversant with RICS code of practice in service charge.
• IOSH certification within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in enhancing building quality and value.
• Act as focal point for occupiers and stakeholders across landlords, tenants and neighbours.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Assist in service charge budgeting and procurement processes.
• Coordinate with security and incident response teams and support business continuity efforts.
• Undertake regular property inspections and support management reporting.
