Pimlico Plumbers Limited is seeking a Project Sales & Delivery Manager to guide a high-performing Sales Team and deliver complex customer projects. You will manage opportunities, drive revenue, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

The role requires hands-on project management alongside sales leadership, with a focus on customer satisfaction and commercial viability across multiple stakeholders in the construction/home services space.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales, project management or customer delivery role.
• Experience managing complex customer projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify sales opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Background and experience in construction based industries.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage a portfolio of sales opportunities, generating new business and converting leads.
• Support and motivate the Project Sales Team to achieve revenue and budgets.
• Provide guidance and coaching to Project Sales Managers to maximise performance.
• Monitor sales activity, pipeline, and conversion rates; identify improvements.
• Drive proactive follow-up of leads to maximise revenue.
• Contribute to sales strategy development and forecasting accuracy.
• Manage complex customer projects from initiation through to completion.
• Apply project management methodologies and develop detailed plans with milestones.
• Coordinate resources and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Facilitate communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
