• Persistent follow-up and ability to handle objections
• Confident communicator with negotiation and influencing skills
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
• Collaborates effectively with engineers, PMs, and internal teams
• Customer-focused with ability to build rapport
• Hands-on understanding of trade/site environments valued

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with engineers to foster partnerships
• Own opportunities from recommendation to booking and completion
• Follow up on recommended works up to £1000 and convert to confirmed jobs
• Manage a high volume of customer interactions with clear, professional communication
• Negotiate bookings while maintaining trust and managing expectations
• Collaborate with engineers to understand scope and urgency of works
• Explain technical recommendations clearly to customers
• Balance customer needs, job value, urgency, and availability
• Maintain CRM/Excel records with forecasts, pipelines, and outcomes
• Progress on-hold jobs including payments and materials
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance metrics
• Handle administration accurately and efficiently
