Key Talent Solutions in Central London is recruiting an experienced Project Sales & Delivery Manager to lead a small team and own a portfolio of customer opportunities.

This role blends hands-on sales, commercial leadership and end-to-end project delivery, overseeing budgets, schedules and quality from initial enquiry to successful completion.

You will coordinate customers, contractors and internal delivery teams to drive revenue growth while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, building services, residential refurbishment or related industry.
• Proven success in direct sales and hands-on project delivery.
• Experience managing projects from enquiry through to completion.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, suppliers, contractors or delivery teams.
• Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, risks and changing requirements.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales forecasting and reporting.
• Full-time, office-based in Central London.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new project sales opportunities into profitable business.
• Manage portfolio of customer enquiries, proposals and negotiations.
• Drive revenue growth through cross-selling, upselling and repeat business.
• Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, revenue forecasts and commercial performance.
• Manage residential and construction-related customer projects from initial consultation through to completion.
• Oversee project scope, budgets, schedules and delivery quality.
• Coordinate customers, contractors, tradespeople, suppliers and internal teams.
• Resolve project challenges, manage changes and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ensure projects are delivered efficiently while protecting margins.
• Lead a team of approximately 3-4 Project Sales Managers.
• Set sales objectives and monitor team performance.
• Improve sales processes, pipeline management and project delivery efficiency.
• Promote accountability, collaboration and excellent customer service.
