Job summary

Oasis Community Learning is seeking a Senior Project Officer in London/Hybrid to support delivery of international programmes such as the Big AI project. You will be the backbone across projects, handling diary management, logistics for partnerships and events, and ongoing participant support.

The role requires high accuracy, strong organisational skills, and the ability to coordinate across teams and communications channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage diaries and scheduling for programmes.
• Lead on logistics of partnership and dissemination events.
• Support programme runs around events, venues, speakers and resources.
• Track participant progress, attendance and evaluations.
• Support with online communications, including newsletters and blogs.
• Proofread and check communications and data for accuracy.

In this role you will be key in enabling the delivery of a number of international programmes such as the Big AI project and be at the forefront of teaching and learning.This is an all-encompassing Project officer role where you'll be the backbone across projects worked on. You'll be the doer and the organiser. Your days will differ, but you'll be involved in tasks such as:* Diary management for programmes* Lead on the logistics of partnership and dissemination events* Supporting with programme running around events, venues, speakers, trainers and resources* Track progress of participants, including attendance, deadlines and programme evaluations* Provides support to participants throughout their time on programmes, monitoring the relevant email inboxes and sending regular communication to ensure their experience is positive* Support with online communication, including social media, newsletters and blogs* Proof read and check all above comms, logistics and data to ensure accuracy .Someone who is passionate about Education and making a difference.
