Job summary

Oasis School 21 in London is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 2 to support pupils with SEND across our primary academy. You will work with teachers to deliver lessons, assist with behavioural and learning support, and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture.

The role is fixed term for 1 year, 41 weeks per year, 37.5 hours per week, starting ASAP. A strong focus on safeguarding and pupil welfare is essential, with opportunities for professional development within the Oasis Community

Qualifications

• Must be a Level 2 Teaching Assistant with experience supporting pupils with SEND.
• Experience working in a primary setting is desirable.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEND across the academy in line with students’ individual education plans.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom routines.
• Monitor and record student progress and behaviour, contributing to CPD and team meetings.
