Job summary

Oasis Academy Hadley in Enfield, North London, is seeking a proven, mission-driven Principal to lead one of the country’s most ambitious all-through academies. You will shape strategy, drive teaching excellence, and raise pupil outcomes across the Nursery to Sixth Form, while modelling the Oasis ethos and 9 Habits.

You will inspire staff, students, and families, build strong partnerships with local communities, and lead a curriculum responsive to need and context.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of strategic leadership in large schools or Trusts.
• Ability to drive improvements in teaching, learning and pupil outcomes at scale.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusion, equity and enabling all learners to flourish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the strategic roadmap for the academy (Nursery to Sixth Form).
