Balfour Beatty plc's Power Transmission & Distribution team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major power infrastructure projects in the Elgin area. You will manage end-to-end delivery from initiation through handover, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure safety, quality and on-budget execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in Power/Utilities within large infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication skills to manage, mentor and empower your team.
• Commercial acumen to control costs and keep projects in budget.
• Recognised Project Management qualification.
• Recognised and relevant Engineering qualification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal/external reports and liaise with stakeholders.
• Lead risk/opportunity reviews and present the Risk Register.
• Develop, implement and update resource allocation plans and OBS.
• Ensure expenditure aligns with budget and resources are utilised efficiently.
• Advocate data-driven decisions to support project delivery.
