Job summary

STRABAG SE in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in shaft construction and major projects. You will lead delivery teams and subcontractors, manage costs and programme, and uphold top health, safety and environmental standards.

The role requires hands-on experience in earthworks, BS6164 knowledge, and the ability to coordinate interfaces with H&S, Environment, Quality and temporary works.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in shaft sinking and earthworks construction.
• Experience on major projects with delivery of complex schemes.
• Experience as an Agent or Project Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of BS6164.
• SMSTS Trained and CSCS Card.
• Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery teams and subcontractors to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Manage budgets and programme, reporting progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards for health, safety and environment.
• Coordinate interfaces with H&S, Environment, Quality and Temporary Works.
• Mentor Asset Leads and optimize work contribution.
• Ensure works meet project specifications and budget targets.
