Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a major infrastructure scheme involving tunnelling and shaft sinking.

You will manage day-to-day site operations, oversee tunnelling and underground civils, and ensure compliance with health and safety, quality and programme requirements.

The role involves coordinating labour, plant and materials, monitoring progress, and liaising with project management and engineering teams to keep the project on track.

Qualifications

• Proven site management or supervision experience in tunnelling, shaft sinking or underground civils.
• Strong background in heavy civil engineering and infrastructure.
• SMSTS and CSCS Gold or Black card.
• Experience with TBM, SCL, deep excavations or microtunnelling is advantageous.
