Compensation

£65–85k base (DOE)

The Role

You’ll lead the end-to-end integration of newly acquired businesses and major transformation programmes, aligning people, systems, processes, and products into a unified, efficient operating model. Acting as the central point of coordination, you’ll protect customer experience, safeguard revenue, and accelerate the realisation of synergies.

• Own full integration delivery, from pre-close planning to post-merger stabilisation, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and objectives.
